Gite of 35m² located near the river "Autize". It can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

Important: there is no protection along the river bordering the site. Possibility of fishing on the spot, bring a fishing card. The gîte is not currently accessible to people with reduced mobility.

You can arrive between 4pm and 8pm. Departures are possible until 12 noon.
On arrival, you will have to give us a deposit cheque, as defined in the contract that will be established. It will only be cashed in the event of damage to the accommodation.
A certificate of holiday liability insurance with the dates of the stay and the address of the gîte will be requested systematically: it can be obtained from your comprehensive home insurance and is logically free.
Bed linen is provided and put in place for your arrival.
The shower mat is available.
The bathroom linen is proposed in option at the rate of 5€ per person, including 1 bath sheet, 1 towel and 1 washcloth.
You have the possibility of taking the cleaning service in option: if it is taken, it will be asked to leave the kitchen area and the sanitary in a suitable state and the dishes clean and tidy. The price is 30€/stay.
If the cleaning option is not chosen, the whole gîte must be left clean. An additional deposit cheque of 75€ will be requested.
The interior of the gîte is non-smoking. However, you can smoke on the terrace.
Dogs must be kept on a lead on the site unless they are sociable with other dogs and animals.
Fishing is permitted on site provided you have a fishing licence.
